01Head Down NeutralFly a neutral head-down position without excessive movement or rotation and demonstrate safe recovery without gripping the net.Prerequisite included1 video02Head Down Up & DownMove upward, stop, and move downward in the air column from a neutral head-down position without changing heading or adding horizontal movement.Prerequisite included1 video03Head Down Forward & BackwardMove forward, stop, and move backward with coordinated upper- and lower-body inputs while maintaining heading, altitude, and control.Prerequisite included1 video04Head Down TurnsComplete controlled turns in both directions and begin and finish accurately on a predetermined heading.Prerequisite included1 video05Head Down Super PositioningApply head-down control to precise relative positioning around another flyer.06Head Down to Head Up Front FlipTransition from neutral head-down to neutral head-up flight through a controlled front flip without unintended drive or altitude change.Prerequisite included07Head Up to Head Down Front FlipTransition from neutral head-up to neutral head-down flight through a controlled front flip without unintended drive or altitude change.Prerequisite included1 video08Head Up to Head Down Back FlipTransition from neutral head-up to neutral head-down flight through a controlled back flip without unintended drive or altitude change.Prerequisite included1 video09Head Down to Head Up Back FlipTransition from neutral head-down to neutral head-up flight through a controlled back flip without unintended drive or altitude change.Prerequisite included1 video
