Prerequisite: Head-Down Transitions.
Desired outcome: Two flyers complete a continuous full Eagle and return to their original orientations with minimal heading or altitude change.
Reference material: IBA Flight Tutorial #59.
Key points:
- Begin with the same over-under relationship used for the half Eagle.
- Continue through the role exchange instead of stopping halfway.
- Each flyer returns to the starting orientation.
- Maintain eye contact throughout the maneuver.
Manual source: Static Progression Coach Manual, Lesson Plan #28.
Coaching and safety: Brief both slots, initiation, flight paths, eye contact, levels, abort, and separation. Build the full maneuver only after both flyers can complete each half safely and predictably.
